Crouch Valley Line

 

The Crouch Valley line is a branch line built in 1889 running 16.5 miles from Southminster to Wickford.

 

Burnham-on-Crouch  Railway Station

Stations on the line are Battlesbridge, South Woodham Ferrers, North Fambridge, Althorne, Burnham-on-Crouch, Southminster.

Regular electric trains operated by One run on the line which include through trains to London Liverpool Street at busy periods.

North Fambridge Railway Station

Trains have a conductor to collect fares and check tickets although ticket offices are open from early morning to about 11am on weekdays at Burnham and Southminster Railways Stations.

The first train arrives at Burnham on Crouch at 05.55

The first train departs  at Burnham on Crouch at 05.34

The last train arrives at Burnham on Crouch from Wickford at 23.22

The last train departs Burnham on Crouch for Wickford at 23.00

Regular Service

Trains run on an hourly basis arriving from Wickford at 44 minutes past the hour and departing to Wickford at 21 minutes past the hour.

During rush hour periods services are more frequent at different times.
