Great idea ! many people walk the carnival route in fancy dress.

If you want to make it even better why not enter the fancy dress competition - Judging takes place in the High Street near to the Curtis O'Boyle estate agent at 6pm on Carnival night

AND

go into the estate agents and pick up a collecting box - part of the fun is to collect money on route which will be donated to local charities.

TAKING CHILDREN TO THE PROCESSION?

Please look after your children and keep to a few safety rules

  • Don't throw coins at the floats - put them in the collecting buckets
  • Don't allow your children into the road to pick up and dropped coins
