Burnham Fire Station is operated by the Essex  County Fire and Rescue Service

Two fire tenders and a fire boat are based at the Station.

Firefighters are retained firemen who have alternative incomes and respond to fire calls.

Retained Fife Fighters must live or work within 5 minutes of Burnham Fire Station and be able to attened regular training sesions.

No facilities exist to deal with members of the public at Burnham Ambulance Station.
