
Open Road is an Essex wide voluntary Organisation that exists in order to reduce the harmful impact of drugs and alcohol on users, their families, partners and society.
Open Road - Burnham offers a
variety of services from a daily drop-in centre where free confidential
support, advice and daily auricular (ear) acupuncture is available to a
comprehensive treatment package that will included key working,
counseling, aromatherapy, shiatsu and acupuncture.
The
centre will be operating a confidential needle exchange where client
can come and receive information around safe practice, harm
minimisation and sexual health.

What are the opening hours of Open Road ?
Monday – Friday 10am – 1pm & 2pm – 5pm
Do I need an appointment?
Anyone who is affected by substance misuse including friends or relatives are welcome to drop in for confidential advice and information with no appointment.
Most of the specialist sessions require an appointment . You can make appointments in person or by telephone.
How long will I have to wait for Treatment?
Appointments are normally made within a 6 day period although same day appointments are sometimes possible

The service is confidential. People can talk about themselves, their relatives or friends and receive expert confidential advice
